A very high quality Chicken Ark, comfortably suitable for up to 6 birds.
The timber components are all of the very best quality. The framework being a substantial 34mm x 34mm (actual size) planed all round timber.
The claddings being the very finest tongue & groove shiplap
The mesh run is manufactured using a very high strength 1" galvanised weld mesh. - this is far superior to the standard chicken wire.
This Ark has a 3' house and a 6' mesh run - Total overall length approx. 9'.
The house floor measures 900mm x 900m ( approx. 3' x 3')
The house width at the bottom is 1030mm ( approx. 3' 6")
The height of the Ark is 810mm ( approx. 2' 8")
Adjoining the house is a mesh run which measure 6' in length.
There is a sliding door fitted to the front of the house allowing your birds to come and go between the house and the run as they wish.
There is a solid door fitted to the side of the house. The door measure 790mm (approx. 2' 7") in height and 525mm (approx. 1' 9") in width.
This is a decent size door to allow the collecting of eggs from, and also the cleaning out of, the house.
The mesh run also has a mesh door fitted nearest to the house to allow access to the run and to enable the opening and closing of the sliding house door into the run. |
