The floor bearers (treated) are ex 2" x 2".
We space our floor bearers at just 300mm or 1' spacings to give you a very solid floor.
The roof joists are 47 x 75 ( 2" x 3") regularised & stress graded timbers
The roof is 11mm solid sheet
The floor is ex 12mm Elliotis Pine Plywood - excellent quality.
The wall claddings are Grade 1 redwood (pine).
This particular building is preservative treated in our dark brown stain.
